What is needle punched nonwoven fabric?
Needle punched nonwoven fabric is a type of dry-laid non-woven fabric. It is made by loosening, combing, and laying short fibers into a fiber web, and then reinforcing the fiber web into a cloth through a needle. The needle has hooks and barbs, which repeatedly puncture the fiber web to reinforce the hook-belt fibers to form a needle-punched non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric has no distinction between warp and weft, the fibers of the finished fabric are messy, and the warp and weft properties are not much different.
