SS / SSS Nonwoven fiber Laying
The process of forming fibres into a loose fibrous web iscalled laying. The reduced web strength at this time isvery low, and the fibers in the web may be staple fibersor continuous filaments, depending mainly on theprocess of forming the web.
Nonwoven Fiber Bonding
After the fiber web is formed, the reinforcement of theloose fibers held by the fiber web by the related processis called bonding, which gives the fiber web certainphysical and mechanical properties and appearance.Reallytextiles’ bonding process includes mechanical, thermal,chemical, stitch bonding, etc.
Nonwoven Finishing
Finishing is carried out after the bonding. Finishing isdesigned to improve the structure and feel of theproduct, and sometimes to change the properties of theproduct, such as breathability, absorbency andprotection. Finishing methods can be dividedinto two categories: mechanical methods and chemicamethods. Mechanical post-treatment includes creping.calendering, shrinking, perforating, and the like.Chemical finishing includes dyeing, printing andfunctional finishing.

SSS Spunbond nonwoven is one of the materials used as raw material for baby nappies and is made of 3 layers of material. It consists of continuous ultrafine filaments with uniformity, good tensile strength and elongation. Lightweight, soft and breathable, it is an ideal material for the top layer of nappies.
Our SSS spunbond nonwoven fabric undergoes an advanced online hydrophilic and antistatic treatment, ensuring that fluid passes through effortlessly without any backflow. This fabric is widely utilized in the production of top sheets for baby diapers. Not only does it possess exceptional temperature resistance and stability, but it also offers excellent air permeability, guaranteeing comfort and breathability.
1.8m SS nonwoven line
SS spun-bond non woven for face mask. SS nonwoven fabric means spunbond + spunbond non woven fabric which is made of double spinning beam machinery. SS non woven fabric has good softness, good strength, and elongation so that SS nonwoven fabric is much softer and has stronger tension than PP non woven fabric.

1. Light: Polypropylene is the main raw material; Specific gravity is 0.9, is only third five, fleecy and touches well.
2. Flexibility: Made up of microfiber (2-3D), DOT by DOT thermo-melt formed. Flexibility of products is suitable, comfortable.
3. Water resistance and breathability: Slices of Polypropylene and finished products resist water, breathable and easy to maintain and wash.
4. Non-toxic, non-irritating: Made of materials which catch up FDA standard, without other chemical composition, stable, non-toxic, no smell, safe for sensitive skin.
5. Anti-bacterial, anti-chemical: Polypropylene is blunt chemical substances can protect in liquid from bacterial and insects; Antibacterial, alkali corrosion, erosion and the finished product will not affect sensitive skin.
