◼️ Spunbond Non woven Fabric

Process flow:
After the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, try to make these continuous filaments spread into a web, and then through self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement, the fiber web becomes a non-woven fabric.
Features:
- The fiber web is composed of continuous filaments.
- Excellent tensile strength
- There are many process changes, and a variety of methods can be used to reinforce the filaments.
- The fineness range is wide
- Poor hand feel and poor fiber web uniformity
Applications:
Polypropylene (PP): geotextile, tufted carpet base fabric, coated base fabric, medical and health materials, coating materials for disposable products, etc.
Polyester (PET): filter materials, lining materials, tufted carpet base fabrics, agricultural materials, packaging materials, etc.
◼️ Meltblown Spunbond Non woven Fabric

Process flow:
After the polymer has been extruded and left the spinneret, the melt is blown into ultra-fine short fibers under the action of high-speed hot air, flying to the net at a very fast speed, and then reinforced by thermal bonding or self-bonding to form a non-woven fabric.
Characteristics of meltblown:
- The fiber web is composed of extremely fine but unconnected shorter fibers
- The fiber web has good uniformity and soft feel
- Good filtering performance and liquid absorption performance, poor fiber web strength
Product application:
◼️ Oil absorption material, filter material
◼️ Medical and sanitary materials clothing materials
◼️ Battery separator materials wiping materials
